High-purity raw materials sourced directly from our advanced production facilities to support South Korea’s leading technological hubs.
The Seoul Metropolitan Area, encompassing Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, is the economic heart of South Korea and a global hub for advanced technology. Key industries such as semiconductor fabrication, biopharmaceuticals, display manufacturing, and secondary battery production drive the region’s economic engine. Giants like Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Samsung Biologics demand an uninterrupted, high-precision supply of critical chemical intermediates.
In this high-stakes ecosystem, the quality and stability of chemical intermediates are paramount. For instance, semiconductor photolithography and cleaning processes require electronic-grade solvents like Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) with trace metal levels below parts-per-billion (ppb). Similarly, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) synthesis within the Songdo Bio Cluster relies on consistently pure organic blocks like Sulfamide and Malononitrile.
As supply chain resilience becomes a strategic priority for South Korean conglomerates, direct collaboration with reliable manufacturers like Shandong Saier Chemical provides a vital competitive advantage, bridging the gap between bulk manufacturing efficiency and local high-precision applications.
Shandong Saier Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Founded in December 2004, Shandong Saier Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. has embarked on an impressive journey. Situated at No.207, WeiLiu Road, Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Linzi, Zibo City, Shandong Province, the company has continuously evolved and thrived in the highly competitive chemical industry. With a registered capital of 60 million yuan, we laid a solid financial foundation to build our world-class production facilities.
Initially, Saier Chemical focused on the production of basic chemical products. The initial product lineup included environmentally friendly high-boiling aromatic solvents (such as Solvent naphtha, TOPSOL, KOCOSOL, Aromatic Hydrocarbon, TOLUENE AROMATIC HYDROCARBON, NAFTA DISOLVENTE SOLVESSO) including S-100, S-150, S-150ND, S-180 and S-200. We also specialized in Heat transfer oils L-QC320 along with main intermediate products like durene, PVC plasticizers, thiophene, 1,3-Cyclohexanedione, MIPK, TMOF, TMOA, HPA, and TMG.
These raw products were mainly sourced from major domestic refineries and aromatic plants such as Sinopec, PetroChina, ChemChina, Zhejiang Petrochemical, and Hengli Petrochemical. By leveraging these reliable raw material sources, the company was able to ensure product quality from the start. Our production capacity reached 720,000 tons per year, serving domestic markets in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, and major partners like Sinopec and PetroChina, while actively expanding into global markets including Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia.

Operational scales and strategic strengths that back our partnership with Seoul firms.
South Korea’s advanced manufacturing industries run on tight schedules. The "Just-In-Time" inventory model commonly used in Gyeonggi-do's semiconductor fabricators requires a highly responsive chemical supply chain. This is where the synergy between China's chemical manufacturing powerhouse and South Korea’s high-tech corridors becomes indispensable.
Geographical Proximity: Located in the Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Shandong Province, Saier Chemical enjoys an unparalleled logistical path. Our proximity to the ports of Qingdao and Yantai allows us to ship directly to Incheon Port or Busan Port within 24 to 48 hours. This short transit time minimizes oxidation and degradation risks for sensitive intermediates like Thiophene and Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO).
Raw Material Integration: Being integrated into a major petrochemical park allows us to receive key feedstocks via direct pipelines from Sinopec and PetroChina. This structural cost advantage translates directly into price stability and supply guarantees for our Seoul partners, shielding them from sudden global market fluctuations.
How our intermediate portfolio fuels critical technologies across the Seoul metropolitan area.
High-purity Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and Thiophene derivatives are widely used as functional cleaning agents and photoresist strippers. In the manufacturing of OLED panels and sub-10nm microchips, these solvents leave zero metallic residues, ensuring high wafer yields.
Compounds such as Cytosine, Malononitrile, and Sulfamide serve as primary building blocks for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). These intermediates are key components in the synthesis of antiviral therapies, cardiovascular medications, and modern oncology drugs.
Our Sodium Hypophosphite acts as a reliable reducing agent in the electroless nickel plating process of electronic components. It provides uniform thickness and corrosion resistance to complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in high-frequency automotive radar and 5G base stations.
As the global chemical industry moves toward sustainability, both regulatory frameworks (like South Korea’s K-REACH) and corporate environmental mandates push for cleaner production methods. Shandong Saier Chemical is at the forefront of this shift, continuously optimizing our manufacturing processes to lower energy consumption and minimize environmental impact.
Low-VOC Solvent Development: In response to the growing demand for eco-friendly industrial solvents, we developed low-naphthalene aromatic solvents for pesticide formulations, alongside biodegradable cleaning agents. By implementing advanced distillation columns, we reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during solvent manufacturing.
Process Electrification & Heat Recovery: In our Zibo facility, we utilize high-efficiency heat exchangers and state-of-the-art zeolite rotors to capture waste heat and recycle process gases. This closed-loop system reduces energy usage per ton of product and guarantees a reliable supply of intermediates for companies focused on green supply chains.
